Ottima posizione al centro. Appartemento attrezzato carino con divano e cucina. Doccia un po’ ‘datato’ e piccola, ma funzionante. Letto comodo. Tutto sommata un posto da tornare! Grazie Natalia!

Un apartamento muy completo y equipado con detalles que otros no tienen. La cama muy cómoda y lo mejor a solo unos pasos del Puente de Rialto y de las estaciones del transporte público. Comunicación con el host muy ágil y rápida. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Logement très bien placé, dans un quartier très animé mais à l'écart des nuisances sonores. Il est petit et peu lumineux (mais ça, ça se voit sur les photos!) mais très propres et fonctionnel. Gros plus : il y a, à l'entrée de l'immeuble, un placard qui ferme à clé et dans lequel nous pouvons laisser nos bagages après le check-out.

la proposta di Fabrizio è un'ottima base di appoggio per visitare Venezia: in posizione ottimale rispetto ai servizi di collegamento (fermata bus a pochi passi), in zona tranquilla e anche con facilità di parcheggio, se muniti di auto propria. Curiosità: se amanti di cucine etniche, non mancano le alternative nei dintorni, alcune anche molto sfiziose. L'appartamento corrisponde in tutto a quanto prospettato, luminoso e adeguato ad un piacevole soggiorno da 2 a 4 persone. Consigliato!

The location is perfect: close to most main sights, beautiful and polished neighborhood, close to a supermarket. The sofa bed is quite comfortable and was already set up as a bed. The parking space required a bit of a walk but was quite convenient.

Die Wohnung liegt an einem zentralen und trotzdem ruhigen Ort in Cannaregio, direkt an einem Kanal. In der Nähe hat es einen kleinen Supermarket und auch zahlreiche Restaurants. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon (ohne Tisch oder Stuhl) und alle beschriebenen Utensilien und Services sind vorhanden. Der Host bzw. Co-host waren sehr hilfreich und haben sehr rasch auf Anfragen reagiert. Es hat und in Lorenzo's Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, wir würden sie wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geeignet, um Vicenza zu erkunden. Zu Fuss ist das Zentrum in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist Gold wert! Die Wohnung selbst ist ansprechend eingerichtet und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Davide war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit . Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We only stayed one night but this was a great alternative to staying in Venice itself. Quick walk to Mestre station, where there's plenty of trains going to the island. The place itself was clean, stocked with all the essentials, and easy to access.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Massimo. Hôte accueillant, très arrangeant concernant les heures d arrivée et de depart en fonction de ses disponibilités. Massimo nous a donné d excellents conseils pour faire les courses, manger dans des restaurants authentiques, cuisine maison est pa et loin de la foule. Excellents conseils pour les visites. Documentation laissée à disposition. L appartement est très bien orienté. Le mini balcon a été apprécié. Appartement bien aménagé, literie tres confortable.

Это было отличное место для нашего отпуска. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяин очень приветливый. Быстро отвечает на любые вопросы. Дает необходимые инструкции, например, как правильно выбрасывать мусор.:) Место находится рядом с прекрасным парком, где есть детская площадка и с центральной улицей Garibaldi, где много кафе и ресторанов, а так же магазинов. Тут же с утра продают свежую рыбу и овощи.🥰 Что касается квартиры. Там было ВСЕ необходимое для комфортной жизни. Нам очень понравилось это место. С радостью вернулись бы снова.🥰🥰🥰

Alloggio pulito ed esattamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Estremamente comodo per raggiungere Venezia con i mezzi pubblici (fermata del bus a 2 minuti e stazione del treno a 8 minuti).

Wir haben eine Woche in Treviso verbracht und waren äusserst zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen: nahe am Bahnhof und in ein paar Schritten ist man im Herzen der schönen kleinen Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet (es hat sogar ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett, usw.). Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Vor allem die Bequemlichkeit des Bettes (nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart) ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Pietro und Giuseppe war super. Wenn wir wieder mal in Treviso sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung buchen. Danke und "a presto"! Ariane und Patrick Spielmann

This was a fantastic apartment! We felt right at home, clean, perfect location, close to so many points of interest. Chiara was beyond responsive and was helpful and any questions we had. Description and amenities exactly as described in listing. We feel very grateful to have been able to use their place to access everything during our stay in Venice. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kulisse und Außenanlage sind wunderschön, man hat einen großen Pool mit genügend Liegeplätzen, einen Whirlpool & Sauna zur alleinigen Nutzung. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Riva del Garda, wodurch man die Stadt- und Seenähe hat aber trotzdem in der Natur und im Ruhigen lebt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch für ihn war es toll! Große Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! ☀️

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. We all loved the swimming pool, especially the children and enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!!

Es war sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Er war auch bei einem Problem sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz des schlechten Wetters, hatte ich dort mit meinem Hund eine gute Zeit.

Wonderful place for a family to stay. Thomas was very friendly and responsive. The check in was very smooth and the parking space is also very nearby. The apartment is 30 mins away from Venice via car. Would definitely come back. Only downside was the bathrooms didn't have a lock. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, het huisje ontbrak aan niets. Het prachtige uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en keuken zorgde ervoor dat je iedere dag vrolijk wakker werd 🤗 Giorgia was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze reageerde super snel op de app en zorgde ervoor dat we een fantastisch verblijf hadden. Vanuit het huisje rijd je gemakkelijk naar Verona en naar het Gardameer! We hebben het super naar ons zin gehad 🫶

Halli Hallo, im Winter Sehr ruhige Lage, im Sommer kann ich mir vorstellen super Gegend, nicht Weit von Strand. Venedig in 30 Minuten mit dem Vaporetto erreichbar, schöne Strecke zum fotografieren 😊. Unterkunft voll ausgestattet mit alles was man brauchen kann ( Küchen Utensilien, Bad, extra Decken) etc. Angenehme und schnelle schriftliche Kontakt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden werden es weiter empfehlen. ☺️👍
