ho soggiornato nell'appartamemto di Alessandra con mio marito ed i miei cognati cin l'intento di visitare la zona. Alloggio perfetto per stare in 4, con i due bagni che hanno dato a ciascuna coppia la propria privacy. Tutto confortevole e pulitissimo, con molti dettagli che hanno reso la nostra permanenza facile e gradevolissima. La terrazza con vista sulla campagna e sul lago godibilissima e una vera poesia. É stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo sotto ogni aspetto!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Outstanding stay! The house is located in an exceptional, nature-close setting with a large, fenced garden and breathtaking panoramic views. It is very well equipped, including bed linens, towels, and everything you might need. We were welcomed with a beautifully prepared table full of gifts – such a lovely gesture! The interior lighting is excellent, which might be important to some guests. The host was incredibly friendly, answered all our questions promptly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella magia dei muri in tufo di Pitigliano. Casa bella, molto accogliente, il terrazzo dà un tocco in più! Emilio è stato gentilissimo. Torneremo senz'altro, grazie per questi bei giorni nella vostra casa!

Sono stati 3 giorni fantastici, siamo riusciti anche ad accendere la brace. Nonostante il meteo non fosse granché la casa era super confortevole e ne abbiamo approfittato per riposarci nel totale silenzio e tranquillità. Irene è stata preziosa nei consigli e ci ha saputo fornire le precise indicazioni per raggiungere la casa. Geta super accogliente con noi.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome dans un quartier calme. Le logement de Fulvia était spacieux, très propre, très bien agencé et équipé, et très confortable. Fulvia nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son logement. Merci Fulvia !

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The house is at the end of a quiet street with views of the lake and castle. Local cafes and restaurants had good food, and we spent our days driving to Tuscany to visit hot springs and wineries. The house was clean, comfortable, and well located. We had a car and used it to get to the shops. The bed was firm, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were kind and helpful. Google Maps will give you the directions to the wrong house, but the hosts callled and gave me directions to the home.

Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Die grüne und naturbelassene Lage sowie die charmante Ortschaft Capranica eignen sich wunderbar dazu zur Ruhe zu kommen. Man hat wunderbar die Gelegenheit auf kurzem Wege Einkäufe zu erledigen sowie in den Restaurants die italienische Küche zu genießen. In Capranica scheint die Zeit still zu stehen. Es ist eine schöne kleine Stadt mit einer weitreichenden Geschichte. Mit dem Auto kann man auch sehr gut die umliegenden Städte wie beispielsweise viterbo oder auch (mit einer Stunde Fahrt) Rom erkunden. In jedem Falle eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

Avevo scelto Piediluco come località per una vacanza tranquilla e così è stato. Viste mozzafiato e ambiente pacifico e senza schiamazzi. Vicinissimo alle cascate delle Marmore per chi volesse qualche emozione. Giulia è stata perfetta, ha dato indicazioni chiare e precise. La casa era esattamente come descritta, accogliente, ordinata e ben rifinita. Ottima vacanza. Siamo soddisfatti

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Neben dem Whirlpool gab es sogar ein Boxsack zum trainieren und eine PlayStation 3. Als wir angekommen sind hat uns Antonio sogar etwas zum Essen da gelassen und auch einige Getränke, wie Wasser, Bier und sogar Sekt. Kaffee war auch vorhanden. Also wirklich eine super Erfahrung und schöne Unterkunft gewesen!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Siamo stati un week end ed è stato splendido. La casa è accogliente e meglio di quello che mostrano le foto. Immersa nel verde, è fornita di tutti i comfort per stare in famiglia. Host reattivo e molto gentile. Necessaria l'auto per spostarsi nei dintorni. Eccezionale come appoggio. Consigliatissimo

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno memorabile, la casa di Andrea è arredata con grande gusto, ogni dettaglio è curato. Menzione d'onore soprattutto al giardino, pieno di fiori e piante meravigliose, con barbecue, amaca e sdraio dove rilassarsi.
