Stay here!! It's well-worth the money. Very cute and has anything you'd need. Just know the main bed is on the second level of the loft (need to climb some stairs) and the sofa in the living room converts into another double bed that can sleep 2. Make sure the hot water tank in the bathroom is left at ON always otherwise you'll have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a hot shower.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro persone in questo appartamento ampio e spazioso, dotato di tutto l'occorrente per soggiorni anche lunghi. Ci sono piaciuti particolarmente gli ampi spazi e ben arredati. Inoltre è situato in una zona residenziale tranquilla ma con il centro raggiungibile facilmente con una semplice passeggiata di 10/15 minuti. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio per l'auto nella via antistante. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo vivamente.

We were taking a cruise from the port close by and chose this location. The host arranged transportation from Naples train station to the apartment. Communication was flawless. The location is central to everything that we needed and an easy walk to the port. I can highly recommend this unit/location. Beyond the location, the unit itself was spotless. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would stay here again if needed.

Muy cómodo y accesible apartamento. Todo estaba limpio. Claudio es agradable y muy dispuesto a ayudar. Nos quedamos una noche para esperar nuestro crucero. Claudio nos ofreció recomendaciones de lugares y nos ayudó a encontrar el shuttle para el crucero.

Leonella è una proprietaria di casa meravigliosa. Dal check-in al check-out ti guiderà passo passo, con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, ad ogni ora. L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro in una stradina molto tranquilla. Inoltre è fornito davvero di tutto. Dalla cucina con i vari utensili e stoviglie, alla lavatrice. Uno dei migliori B&B dove ho alloggiato. Grazie!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Stayed here recently with my partner and my 2 year old son, the place is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and the views all around are unbelievable. The host was always on hand and really flexible (our check in ended up being way later than when thought due to our flights) Honestly couldn’t recommend this listing enough. Grazie mille Belkys.

On top of the amazing stay, the beds were comfy with great linen. Such a gorgeous find. Would have loved to stay longer. The balcony at night was a highlight.

Semplicemente un posto incantevole

We loved our quick stay at Vittorio's. Such a cute little corner of the Medieval part of town. Vittorio recommended a nice hike above the lake and he was as friendly and welcoming as any host we have ever met. Would love to go back. Highly recommended.

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx

Filippo hat uns in einer Notlage heraus geholfen und es uns sehr spontan ermöglicht, seine Unterkunft zu buchen. Der Kontakt mit ihm war immer sehr schnell und freundlich! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gut zu finden. Es ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben! Vielen Dank Filippo! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft!

I proprietari gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili per le nostre esigenze. Appartamento pulito, profumato e funzionale peccato che le finestre delle due camere da letto hanno una vista fronte muro ma aperte circola l'aria e la luce viene da sopra. Piscina tenuta sempre pulita e a disposizione lettini, tavoli, sedie,ombrelloni e gazebi di ottima qualità. Disponibili anche tavolo da ping-pong e barbecue. Giardino pulito e ordinato. La sera tutto illuminato compreso la piscina. Parcheggio coperto. Piacevole soggiorno.

La casita está súper bien ubicada, en un lugar hermoso y al lado de varios restaurantes. Gianluca fue muy servicial y atento con nosotros; incluso nos sorprendió con unos pasteles por el cumpleaños de mi hija. El departamento estaba impecable: nuevo, muy limpio y equipado con todo lo que uno necesita, incluyendo diferentes tipos de detergente para la ropa. La pasamos de maravilla en Orvieto y el departamento es altamente recomendable. En las fotos no se aprecia lo lindo que es en realidad.

Roberto był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, pobyt w jego mieszkaniu będziemy miło wspominać. Byliśmy tam rodzina 2+2, najważniejsze dla nas było, że było czysto i nie za gorąco (pobyt w sierpniu). Dzieci miały frajdę z zabawy na ogrodzie. Okolica spokojna i malownicza, a miasteczko klimatyczne. Polecamy! Pozdrowienia dla Roberto i Pedro :)

Flavia siempre se mostró muy dispuesta a nuestras consultas y a resolver rápidamente las dificultades que surgieron de una estadía larga con un niño pequeño. La casa es amplia y muy cómoda para familias, con acceso por autopista a no más de 35 minutos a Roma. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro, además de que está parquizado. Recomendaría el lugar para familias amigas. Muchas gracias.
