Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

Unser renoviertes Studio befindet sich an zentraler Lage, 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt. Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. It features a fully equipped kitchen open onto a spacious living area and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. NOTE: Fireplace is out of action until further notice. (Glass broken). We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. We offer a 10 % discount on flights for guests.

Trudi’s Terrace lies a steep 250m walk up from the taxi drop- off point. We welcome guests from all around the world to experience the enigma that is the Matterhorn. Trudi’s Terrace has three cosy, comfortable, and stylish bedrooms. We have 2 modern bathrooms. Our kitchen is the heart of our apartment. It’s where we gather to cook, eat and watch Netflix. Note Zermatt is in the middle of a building boom. Unfortunately the view has been temporarily altered with the erection of a crane.

El piso está ubicado en una de las zonas más prácticas del pueblo de Zermatt. Está a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y a 5 minutos a pie del remonte (Sunnegga). El apartamento está decorado con mucho amor y atención al detalle. Tiene un diseño abierto y por lo tanto ofrece mucho espacio. Tanto la sala de estar como el área de la cocina abierta son ideales para reuniones sociales con familiares y amigos en un ambiente acogedor. ¡Esperamos darle la bienvenida muy pronto!

It is a comfortable and generous studio of 37sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.
